North v South 2026

North v South 2026 is a 5-day relay race from Edinburgh to Cardiff to London, where two teams go head-to-head racing 1,000km. We finish at our own London afterparty, Finish Line Festival, which is a celebration of community, competition and the huge achievement. Founded in 2019, this is the 7th edition of North v South and set to be the biggest yet. We are raising for Maggie's, Two Pints Deep and the Ted Senior Foundation - 3 charities rooted in the history of this event providing vital support to so many. Maggie's Inspired by a founding member Andy, who was diagnosed with incurable blood cancer in 2021, Maggie’s provided him with the vital support that helped him look beyond his diagnosis and continue living life to the fullest. Maggie’s offers this same unwavering care to thousands of people living with cancer and their loved ones across the UK. The race now involves many people that Maggie's has helped and makes sure they can provide their incredible support thousands of people across the country. Two Pints Deep Founded by Luke, who was inspired after facing his own mental health struggles, Two Pints Deep is dedicated to men’s mental health and suicide prevention. Created by the average man, for the average man, this charity is about removing barriers, breaking stigmas and making support & connection available to everyone. As we race through the North West, where Two Pints Deep was born, we will shine a light on its mission and the impact it has had. Ted Senior Foundation Ted Senior Foundation is a cause that has been at the heart of North vs South since its inception in 2019. Ted’s friends and family founded the charity after he tragically took his own life in 2018. Today, the foundation works tirelessly to support mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and grief support. On day 3 we will run through Ted's hometown of Monmouth where we will shine a light on the foundations work. This is more than just a race. It’s a movement. Join us, support us, and help us make a difference.
