P&A Group - Fundraising for Tenovus Cancer Care and North Wales Wildlife Trust

Each year at P&A, we choose charities that reflect what matters most to our people and the communities around us. Our Charity of the Year is always voted for by our workforce, because we believe giving back should be something everyone feels part of.

For 2026, our team has chosen to support Tenovus Cancer Care and the North Wales Wildlife Trust — two organisations doing vital work for people and the places we care deeply about.

Tenovus provides life-changing support to those affected by cancer across Wales, helping individuals and families navigate some of the most challenging moments in their lives. North Wales Wildlife Trust protects and restores the natural environment on our doorstep, ensuring that wildlife and green spaces can be enjoyed for generations to come. Together, they represent both the human and environmental impact we want to make as a business.

Since launching our Charity of the Year initiative in 2010, and thanks to the incredible generosity of our employees, customers, suppliers and local communities, we have raised well over £190,000 for a range of local and national causes. It’s something we’re hugely proud of — not just for the total raised, but for the sense of togetherness it creates across our teams.

This year, we’re setting a fundraising target of £10,000.

Throughout the year, you’ll see a wide range of activities feeding into this page — from individual challenges and team events to company-wide fundraising days and community initiatives. Some will be big, some small, but every effort contributes to the same shared goal.

This page acts as our central hub, bringing together all fundraising activity across P&A during the year. Every donation, no matter the size, helps support the incredible work these charities do and motivates our teams to keep pushing forward.

We know that times aren’t always easy for everyone, so we never take support for granted. If you are able to give, thank you. If you’re cheering us on, sharing the page, or taking part in an event, thank you just as much. It all makes a difference.
