100K around the AMEX

The more I talk to people, the more I learn that almost everyone knows someone who has been, or is, affected by mental health. After losing two family members to suicide, I want to continue to make a change!
This time I will be running 100km around the AMEX Stadium in order to raise as much money and awareness as possible for 2 amazing causes. The Charlie Waller Trust do amazing work in the mental health space, and when I have raised money for them in the past, they have been so amazing they even joined me for some of my previous challenges. I will also be raising money for the Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation due to their amazing work with the community. I am a massive BHAFC fan and to be able to do something for the club as well as being able to do the event at the AMEX, will be really special.
