Myself and liz have decided to do the costs rica coast to coast trek and raft to raise much needed funded to Chrons & Colitis UK and NSPCC.
We will be trekking through all different terrains in extreme heat and humid conditions and then rafting the last 2 days! We’d really appreciate any support you can give us to help these 2 amazing charities 😘
