This September myself, Linda and Shireen will be running the Great North Run to raise money for 2 amazing charities, British Heart Foundation and Alzheimer’s Society to support the work that they do and to also raise awareness. These charities are very personal to us after having family members who are affected by or who have been lost to these awful illnesses. We are grateful for any donations as this can make a huge difference to these charities.
