The Children’s Heart Federation (CHF) is the leading national charity championing children with heart conditions. CHF is dedicated in empowering these children, their families, and carers.

We enable children, adults and families affected by congenital heart disease to live empowered lives, through family support and by fundraising for vital resources for the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit and region.

Most people know us as CHAS. For over thirty years CHAS has been offering a full family support service for babies, children and young people with life-shortening conditions. We're committed to making sure that no matter how short their time together may be, it is a time filled with happiness and fun.

Hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 wonderful children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

The Children’s Kidney Fund NI is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting families across Northern Ireland who are affected by kidney-related issues in children. The fund aims to provide financial assistance, emotional support, and practical resources to families facing the challenges of caring for a child with kidney conditions.

Chris’s House stands for ‘Centre of Help, Response and Intervention Surrounding Suicide’ and has been set up to offer a safe environment where people in, or approaching, suicidal crisis can have a safe place to go and get professional support. This will help them to begin to recover from their current mental ill health.

We aim to provide loving, individual care in a spiritual environment centred on the Christadelphian ethos, enabling residents to lead fulfilling lives. The charity offers residential, nursing, and dementia care, primarily for older members of the Christadelphian community but also for other elderly or vulnerable individuals, focusing on dignity and comfort.
