Tibbs Dementia Foundation provides services which promote the improved health of people affected by dementia and which provide relief, including care and support, to people with dementia and those who care for them.

We are a PTA which is a voluntary group of parents, teachers and staff who work together to organise and run, fundraising events for the school - we were formed in January 2019. As well and fundraising for our school, we are equally concerned with activities that develop social links with the school and are fun for all involved.

Tigerlily Trust supports families affected by baby loss across Cumbria and Lancashire (miscarriage, stillbirth and neonatal death). It provides memory‑making resources and keepsakes, bereavement support and remembrance photography, and offers training and advocacy to improve compassionate care.

Tigers Trust helps up-skill participants through practical activity as well as running courses, events and promoting our work in schools across the Hull and surrounding communities. Involvement in community sport projects can help tackle a wide range of issues including health, youth crime and unemployment.

Time is Precious is a voluntary run charity which has been running since 2011. It was set up by Neil and Nicky Halford in memory of their son Ben who sadly died from cancer in 2010. Time is Precious aims to create a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for children and their families in hospital or at home.

We are a member led organisation for adults (over 18) with learning disabilities/autism. We provide a range of activities that are active, educational and social that focus on the health and wellbeing of our members. We operate in the North West of England. Our services are run at our hub and in the community, providing support for our members, their parents and carers.

Our packages are put together to encourage positive health & wellbeing. It’s a reminder that at one of the most stressful times of a parent’s life. Self-care isn’t selfish.

Tiny Changes is a Scottish charity improving young people’s mental health. Founded in memory of Scott Hutchison, it funds and delivers projects that advance mental health support and education, empowering children and young people across Scotland to learn, recover and thrive.

TinyLife are Northern Ireland’s only dedicated premature baby charity here to help provide support services both in the Neonatal Unit and in the community . Our Mission is that a premature or sick baby who starts life in a neonatal unit in Northern Ireland has the best start to life and is supported to reach their full potential.

We offer a safety net for parents who have entered a world completely out of their control. Having a baby that is born prematurely or sick can be a truly world-shaking experience, but we can help you through it.
