We are here to teach young people with learning disabilities skills for work and life by practicing horticulture and connecting with nature. We are based on an apple farm in Kent. Volunteers, Buddy our therapy dog, our rehomed donkeys and chickens all help make The Patch a happy, welcoming and supportive workplace

We are a vibrant, growing Anglican church located in north east London. We have both traditional and contemporary services and welcome families and people of all ages with the addition of community-focused activities.
The Pearl Exchange
Founded in 2020, The Pearl Exchange is an award-winning charity which offers 18 – 35 year olds a chance to connect, create and discover while accessing support for their mental health and future decisions. We do this by delivering a programme of free practical creative, cultural and wellness focussed sessions which teach new and transferable skills.
The Pedro Club
We are a Boxing, Sport and Community Centre. The Pedro Club offers all children and young adults within the borough a safe haven where they can enjoy sport and progress amongst their peers.
The Peel
The Peel is a charity that’s been building a connected community in Clerkenwell since 1898. We run activities for adults, activities for children and young people and mental health awareness projects. We also work with residents and businesses in Clerkenwell to help them run projects. If you have an idea for a project you would like to get started, we may be able to help you.

The Peregrine Fund
Formed in 2021, the Ranger Regiment is a land special operations regiment operating and fighting by all means alongside partners world-wide. The Peregrine Fund was officially launched by HM The Queen on 03 Sep 2025. The highest possible percentage of funds raised go towards those the fund serves – serving Rangers.

The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre
The centre is a self-funding registered charity. It was established by a group of cancer patients, who recognised the need to somewhere to go, to relax and talk with others in a similar situation. The also realised that families, friends and carers needed a place to find information and talk freely, without burdening the patient or each other.
The Pillar
The Pillar Space operates as a youth mental health project managed by The Pillar, which functions under the umbrella of local parish church structures (such as St. Win's Church in Totton).

The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice
The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice provides person-centred and family focused care and support to 1200 new patients and families living with a life-limiting or terminal illness every year. Our new home in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow is a 21st-century hospice that provides state-of-the-art palliative care services that gives us the flexibility to develop and improve these services.
