Our vision is for a world where road danger is not tolerated and where road crash victims receive justice and compassion.We exist to support and empower those bereaved and injured by road crashes and their families; to improve the justice system’s post-crash response and to spare future generations from preventable death and injury.

Road to Change is a community for those who have been bereaved or seriously injured through road crashes. We offer peer support, remembrance and shared understanding. We work to improve the response of the justice systems after a crash and help victims to feel supported, informed and heard.

A registered charity, made up entirely of volunteers. An integral part of the national search and rescue service, we are called out through the 999 system and cover an area of approx 350 square miles across East Lancashire, Pendle, the Rossendale Valley and parts of Greater Manchester.

Our members are men and women of all ages who are keen to utilize their skills and resources to help others. Members volunteer their time to serve their community through a wide range of activities across all ages. All Rotarians have fun generating an enormous sense of achievement, as well as making many new friends along the way.
