What a Saturday down in Bournemouth, this 6 hour swim was tough! Harsh conditions and very very cold! 😝😝
Just completed an epic training swim for the English Channel! 🌊🏊♀️ Swam a total of 27.4km in 8 hours and feeling strong 💪 This swim was definitely a challenge, but it's all worth it to achieve my goal of crossing the channel. Can't wait to see what the next training session brings!
