Yorkshire's Brain Tumour Charity

We fund innovative research across Yorkshire with the aim of improving health outcomes for brain tumour patients. Our vision is a world where brain tumours are cured. Until that can be achieved, our mission is to support patients and their loved ones through the devastation a primary brain tumour diagnosis can bring, making sure they have someone to turn to at any stage of their journey.

Your Impact

Your help can support families impacted by brain tumours across Yorkshire, including people like Alan and Christine.

Alan asked for help from YBTC when his wife Christine was spending time in hospital because of her brain tumour in 2014. He told us: “I joined a walk along the canal... to see what it was all about and afterwards [YBTC] invited us both along to their new Support Group. It took a lot of courage for Christine to go along to the first meeting, but we have never looked back and our friends at YBTC are now like an extended family and a great support to us"
