We are a local, independent mental health charity established to help people in our community achieve better mental health. We affiliate to the national charity Mind; meaning we are part of a network of around 100 other local Mind charities in England and Wales. Our aim is to normalise conversations around mental health, tackle stigma and discrimination, raise awareness, and promote understanding.
