Every year, we deliver life-changing care, support and education to thousands of people so they can lead the happy, fulfilled lives they deserve.
For over 150 years the Together Trust have been championing and caring for people with disabilities, autism and complex health needs and providing life-changing support for care-experienced people. Our services include residential homes, community services, specialist schools and a fostering service. The income we generate through fundraising helps to provide high quality services to the children, young people and families we support by paying for new projects, items, trips, and even members of staff
The money raised through fundraising helps the Together Trust to ensure our special education, residential homes, fostering and community services are better equipped to support the care, needs and ambitions of the people we support, across the North West, during key stages of their lives.
Whilst local authorities cover the basic costs of our services, we rely heavily on voluntary income to ensure that these services grow, adapt and increase to support the ever-changing needs of these vulnerable young people.
