The Swan Song Project is a unique charity that specialises in Celebrating Lives, Making Memories and Leaving Legacies. We help people who are terminally Ill, preparing for their end stages of life or dealing with a bereavement to write and record an original song.We offer free songwriting sessions in person or over Zoom where we help people to create their own unique song.
The songwriting process allows people to reflect on their lives, tell their story and leave a song that will be cherished by their loved ones for years to come.
