We find safe and supportive homes for young people across the South of England, complemented with wellbeing support and lifeskills training. Young people need more than just a roof over their heads if they are to leave homelessness behind them for good - they need investment in their future and the chance to realise their potential.
Each year, we empower 1,500 young heroes to strive for a brighter future.
In 2024/25, our supporters helped us to support 1,481 young people aged 11-25 with accommodation, wellbeing support and development opportunities.
