More than 1 in 7 UK adults say their mental health is currently bad or the worst it’s ever been. Tragically, 66% say they have no one to talk to about their mental health or even the daily struggles and stresses of life.
We are here to listen. Whether in crisis or simply needing to talk, we are here to listen, we give hope, comfort and compassionate support to those in need. By partnering with organisations, we are accessible to people at an early stage and can offer timely support to prevent their mental health from deteriorating. We're also available in moments of crisis—such as bereavement or acute stress—when immediate help is vital.

Your Impact

Our support helps people feel heard, valued, and less alone. Impact looks different for each individual as each person’s needs will differ - gaining clarity after a diagnosis, coping with grief, easing anxiety, offloading stress, or preventing burnout. Many feel more confident, supported, and better able to manage life’s challenges. They leave with a renewed sense of self-worth, relief, and improved emotional wellbeing.
