New Beginnings Community is a volunteer-led charity walking alongside families with young children, offering kindness, connection, and practical support. At the heart of our work is the Bundles Project, which provides urgently needed items—like clothes, nappies, toiletries, and baby essentials—to families experiencing hardship. We believe every child deserves a strong start and every parent deserves to feel supported. Through stay-and-play groups, wellbeing spaces, and local partnerships, we create a community where families are seen, valued, and never alone.
New Beginnings Community has supported hundreds of families through our welcoming groups and wellbeing spaces, helping parents connect, recharge, and feel less alone. Through our Bundles Project, we’ve provided almost 2,000 bundles of essential items—such as clothing, nappies, toiletries, and baby equipment—to families in need. These bundles are distributed through trusted referral partners, including health visitors, midwives, and other professionals, ensuring support reaches those who need it most. Every bundle is a reminder that someone cares—and that no family is alone.
Just £10 can provide nappies and wipes for a newborn.
£25 can supply a full set of baby clothes.
£50 can fund a Moses basket, giving a baby a safe space to sleep
