About Cornwall Mind

We believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We listen, give support and advice, and fight for those who need our help. We provide accessible and ongoing mental health support across Cornwall and deliver a range of activities and projects including peer-led support groups, wellbeing programmes and one to one outreach support.

Our Vision
We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.

Our Mission
We endeavour to prevent those who are vulnerable from developing mental health issues.

We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health. We work throughout Cornwall.

Your Impact

We aim is to help people in our local communities to improve their mental health and wellbeing. We want everyone to live their best life possible. We do this by providing a range of services that focus on recovery and empower people to take control of their own wellbeing.

With over one in four people experiencing a mental health problem in Cornwall, the need for good quality mental health support, advice and information is vital.

We strive to promote recovery, resilience and prevention of mental health problems. We challenge stigma and campaign for equality.

Although we’re affiliated to Mind the national charity, Cornwall Mind is an independently registered and funded charity dependent on fundraising and donations, to continue our vital work in the community.

We’re only able to help people in Cornwall experiencing a mental health problem because of your support.
