The foremost Cystic Fibrosis support organisation in Scotland - bringing hope to those affected by the illness, sharing the burdens that CF brings, and significantly changing the lives of sufferers and their families through a range of social, practical, emotional and financial support services.
​From our remote office base on the Isle of Lewis, The Leanne Fund has grown and evolved to develop a range of support services which are centred around the needs of the CF Community.
Working in partnership with the regional NHS CF Teams we are actively supporting individuals and families affected by Cystic Fibrosis across 11 NHS regions in Scotland: Western Isles, Shetland, Orkney, Highland, Grampian, Greater Glasgow & Clyde, Tayside, Forth Valley, Fife, Lanarkshire and Ayrshire & Arran.
​There is no other Cystic Fibrosis organisation that provides the range of services we do.
