LawCare has been supporting legal professionals for over 25 years, providing a safe and confidential space to talk, without judgement, whether you're just having a bad day or facing something more longer lasting. All of LawCare’s helpline volunteers and staff have experience in the legal sector and understand the particular pressures that you may face. You can talk to LawCare about issues at work or at home.

LawCare offers emotional support to every branch of the legal profession, including barristers, solicitors, and business and support staff. Whether you are a HR manager in a legal firm feeling burnt out, a young trainee facing bullying, an experienced partner worried about a mistake, or a senior lawyer feeling sidelined, LawCare is there to listen and help.

If you need support, call LawCare’s helpline on 0800 279 6888, send an email to [email protected] or visit LawCare’s website, www.lawcare.org.uk, to use the live online chat.
