Hand on Heart delivers services to rough sleepers, underprivileged children, the disadvantaged and the vulnerable around the UK. This includes providing winter warmer packs to the homeless, stationery-filled backpacks to disadvantaged children and assisting other partner charity organisations. We rely on the hard work of over 400 dedicated volunteers to help us deliver our objectives.
