Nobody should face breast cancer alone. Future Dreams Breast Cancer Charity provides practical and emotional support for those diagnosed with breast cancer, promotes breast health awareness and funds vital secondary breast cancer research.
Future Dreams was founded in 2008 by mother and daughter, Sylvie Henry and Danielle Leslie. By a cruel twist of fate, they were both diagnosed with breast cancer, Danielle aged just 35 and a mother of three young children. Tragically both women lost their lives to the disease within a year of each other in 2009. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams and the thousands of women the charity supports every year.
As a charity, we are inspired by the vision of our founders and the precious insight and advice from the individuals touched by breast cancer and their families we have met on our journey. It is our aim to make everyone’s breast cancer experience less bleak and lonely by abiding by our core values.
Future Dreams funds research into secondary breast cancer provides practical and emotional support for those touched by the disease and saves lives by early detection.
