Bereavement at any age can knock you sideways. But if you're a child or young person and your world has changed, it's like being pushed out to sea in a rudderless boat. Feelings can be confusing and overwhelming.
This is where Families in Grief (FiG) can help. We provide supportive calls to parents/carers, home or school visits, bereavement groups and activities for families and guidance and training for professionals.
