Providing hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their whole family. Hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 wonderful children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.
We offer a home from home where babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. Providing a much-needed break from the ongoing strains of caring for their children at home, juggling professional and medical appointments as well as maintaining family life and employment. In the main, we provide the chance for families to get away from it all, but we also offer emergency and palliative care in a peaceful and comfortable setting.
We support over 500 families in the South West in our hospices, virtually and in the community.
