Starting in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, we are now expanding into Manchester City Centre with long term plans to provide hubs across the entire country.
Given that 1 in 4 people in the UK experience a mental health problem each year - it means there are approximately 17 million individuals who are suffering and could benefit from our support right now.
We implement holistic therapies, fitness, nutrition and wellness advice to help those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, amongst other mental health difficulties.
We are open to anyone experiencing mental health issues, and focus on equipping individuals with practical skills to enhance their resilience and manage life’s challenges effectively.
We will never turn anyone in need away, meaning our doors are always open to support across a wide range of life challenges including; Anxiety, Depression, Self-harm, Bereavement, Addiction, Eating disorders, Self-worth, Drugs & Alcohol, PTSD, Suicidal thoughts, Relationship Issues, Bullying, Grief etc.
All of our services are completely FREE at the point of access, including our counselling service and our life saving 8 week mental wellness programme.
