UK Blue Light 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb Fundraiser

Next Thursday is the 24th anniversary of the Twin Towers attack known as 9/11 where 343 Firefighters, 71 Police Officers and 8 Paramedics died attempting rescue people trapped inside the twin towers.

To honour the sacrifice of those and all Emergency Service staff who have given everything for the communities they serve, at Joint Police and Fire headquarters in Nottinghamshire, Fire, Police and Ambulance staff will be attempting to climb a total of 422 floors on a stair climber to raise money for the National Police, Fire and Ambulance Memorial services. Ambulance will climb 8 floors, Police 71 and Fire 343, all wearing their operational uniforms and PPE.
