Sally's 104 Mile Cycle Challenge

My CEO, Colin Sinclair, is about to embark on the epic quest of running 52 miles – the equivalent of two marathons – in just one day! He'll be hitting every borough of the Liverpool City Region to raise money for six amazing children's charities.

To help him reach his fundraising goal, I'm challenging myself to cycle double that distance – 104 miles – over the next month. My journey begins on August 5th and ends on September 5th, when I'll join Colin for a stretch of his monumental final run.

The funds we raise will go directly to a children's charity from each of the boroughs: Stick 'n' Step, Home-Start, Centre 56, Y Kids, St Helens Young Carers, and Claire House. These are all incredible organisations that change young lives for the better and need our support.

We're incredibly grateful for any donations you can offer, no matter how big or small!

We’ve been supporting families who have experienced domestic abuse and crisis situations since 1973. Centre 56 was the first refuge outside London, and we’ve supported thousands of women and children to escape violence. We’re no longer a refuge but we do offer a wide range of services to families in crisis.

A Young Carer is someone aged 6-18 who provides regular or ongoing care and emotional support towards a family member who is ill, disabled, has a mental health condition or misuses drugs or alcohol. We believe every Young Carer should have the same opportunities as other children and young people of a similar age.
