LCR in a day
Colin’s colossal quest to conquer LCR in a day! Everything we do at Knowledge Quarter Liverpool (KQ Liverpool) is about driving inclusive innovation and making a positive difference to people’s lives across the Liverpool City Region (LCR). On 5th September KQ Liverpool’s Chief Executive, Colin Sinclair, is set to embark on an epic 52 mile run around the region to raise funds for six local charities. With stops in Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral this mammoth run, which is the equivalent of TWO MARATHONS, will take Colin to every borough in just one single day. All of the funds raised by Colin, on behalf of everyone at KQ Liverpool, will be used to support six charities – Stick ‘n’ Step (Halton), Home-Start (Knowsley), Centre 56 (Liverpool), Y Kids (Sefton), St Helens Young Carers (St Helens) and Claire House (Wirral) – all of which focus on making a difference in young peoples lives. Thank you for taking time to read this. We are incredibly grateful for your support in raising as much money as possible for these deserving charities – no matter how big or small.
