Returning to good health after a Works Approved Parts Upgrade from the fantastic Leeds Teaching Hospitals in January 2025. Presented with liver disease in 2018 and as I have been given a second chance of life thanks to the work of many outstanding professionals within the NHS, I am driven to put something back for the NHS. I am not going to be breaking the time record this year and am not sure how much I will be able to actually run (as some technical modification has been necessary to accommodate the new part and we are still in the "test runs stage", but all is going well and WILL complete if I have to walk or even crawl some of it!! Donations to date including Off-line donations is £220.
