📅 Event Details
Date: Thursday, 14th August 2025
Time: Arrival from 16:30 | Kick-off at 17:00 | Wrap-up ~22:00
Location: Yateley United FC (full changing facilities available)
💷 Entry Fee & Donation
£250 per team (up to 10 players per squad)
All proceeds will be equally split between two brilliant causes: Help for Heroes and Finley’s Touch.

Deadline for entries: 30th June 2025
⚽ Tournament Format
12 Teams Total (10 client teams + 2 InstaGroup teams)
League Stage: Each team plays 6 matches (10 mins each, round-robin)
Knockouts:
Top 2 teams qualify automatically for the semis
All knockout games go straight to penalties (3 each)
Teams ranked 3rd–6th compete for remaining spots
Semi-final winners advance to the final (Semi-final & final Matches are 15 minutes long)
📜 Match Rules
Standard 6-a-side rules (no offsides, but there will be yellow cards + sin bins)
Final-minute goals count as double
No back-pass to the goalkeeper immediately after a throw
Goal difference decides rankings in point ties
Still tied? A 3-penalty shootout decides it
👕 Kit & Conduct
Matching team tops and shorts required
No metal studs – suitable grass footwear only
Trophies, medals, and a mystery prize up for grabs!
🍔 Hospitality
BBQ & salad served (dietary needs catered for)
Fully stocked complimentary bar (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) until 22:00

Free on-site parking
3 independent referees
Guests welcome (non-playing staff can join the fun!)
