Alfie's Run for Riley and Trey
758
Last year my world was changed forever with the sudden and tragic loss of my brother Riley Ellis (17) and my friend Trey Rodd (15).
I have decided to run a half marathon in their memory, to raise awareness of mental health within young people.
The money I collect will be split evenly between Young Minds https://www.youngminds.org.uk/ and Gully's Trust https://www.dchft.nhs.uk/service/gullys-place/.
My run will take place on 10th June 2023 and will take in all of my sports clubs venues. I will be running from:Dorchester Cricket Club (past Wey Valley School) to Weymouth Hockey Club (Redlands) to Wessex Golf Course to Weymouth Cougars FC (The Marsh) and then along the seafront, finishing at Lodmoor Country Play Park.
I have chosen Young Minds as I want young people to know there is help out there and hope no other families have to go through what we are going through. The reason I have chosen to support Gully's Trust is that they have helped both families since Riley and Trey have been gone.
If you could support me by donating or just sharing this link, that would be amazing.
