Cycle from Aldershot to Barnet

Shaun Stevens

Tom Stevens and his uncle, Brian Stopher, are embarking on a 90km cycle to raise funds for three charities. Early in the morning of 26th April, they will leave the EBB Stadium, home of Aldershot Town Football Club, and will make their way to The Hive, home of Barnet Football Club. This will be in advance of the Vanarama National Leage match between the two clubs in the afternoon.

The cycle will be escorted along the way for safety, and is being kindly supported with hydration, nutrition and branding from EPS Water. It will travel via other non-league football grounds including Farnborough, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Slough and Wealdstone.

As well as fundraising for the charitable Foundations of both football clubs, Tom and Brian will be raising money for MacMillan, a charity that has particular relevance to Tom.
