F3 Fitness Fundraiser

F3 – The 3 F’s are fitness, fellowship and faith/ The mission – The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Our Credo – Leave no man behind, leave no man where you found him. Our 5 Core Principles 1. Free of charge – never pay for a workout ever 2. Open to all men – No matter the man you are welcome here. 3. Held outdoors – Rain or shine, hot or cold, we are out there. 4. Peer Led – Rotating fashion of men leading each other. 5. Ends with a COT – Always ends with a circle of trust. The Bridge AO runs on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and we train from 05:30-06:15, Monday and Wednesday and 05:15-06:15 on Fridays. For more info visit - https://f3nation.com/home The Surrey F5 group will be taking on a Fundraising and aware ness challenge which will be a rigorous work out in Stoke Park, a hike to Brooklands where they will complete a second rigorous work out, a hike to walton bridge and a final rigorous work out. The event will take xxx long and will cobver xxxx KM. This is in in aid of Dad Matters Surrey - Dad Matters Surrey exists to support dads to have the best possible relationship with their families. We work closely with other professionals within Surrey and nationally to better support dads in the first 1001 days of their parenting journey. We offer Outreach services/drop-ins at maternity centres, and community venues, Provide 1:1 peer support to dads, Signpost and support dads to access services and information to help make sense of being a dad and supporting dads with anxiety, stress and mental health awareness.
