Everyday is a battle

Rian Ilett

After being caught up in an explosion in 2019 I was medically evacuated back to the United Kingdom. Soon after I was struck with the devastating news that I had a stage4 glioblastoma brain cancer. I was given 12-15 months to live, but am still here 5 years later. I was medically discharged from the military and my life changed forever. I am going back to the commando training centre on the 6th of December to complete the Royal Marine endurance commando test to raise money to try and help with the fight against such a nasty disease and support anyone who struggles with mental health. Any amount of money no matter how small is welcome. Thank you very much. 🇬🇧
