TBCS VI Form 'Sleepout for Hope 2024'

Victoria Donovan

As part of the VI Form’s commitment to serving the community, we have arranged a sleepout to support two charities that we are proud to work with.

As in previous years, we will be raising money for the Northampton Hope Centre to raise awareness of the plight of the homeless and raise money to support the Hope Centre’s fantastic work; to help homeless and disadvantaged people in the locality; both in the short-term, in providing a warm safe environment to have some food, a shower and get some clean, dry clothes; but also ensuring a longer term ‘hand-up’ by providing classes and workshops.

This year we will also be donating to ‘Stories of Hope and Home’; a charity we will be working with next term within our Faith in Action programme who support refugees and asylum seekers to share their stories contributing to a more well-informed and welcoming society in which people who have sought sanctuary feel empowered, included, and re-humanised.
