Claire Moran (aka Mum and Grandma)

This picture captures the Mum, aka Grandma, aka Claire, we all knew and loved, who finally passed away peacefully on Friday night.

Her one wish was to stay at home for as long as possible and we am so grateful to the family and friends who helped to make that happen.

To those of you who have already shared such loving and kind words, 'Thank You'.

You're right, she was a mum and friend to so many, especially during the years at Ormonde Road when our home became the sanctuary for so many simply needing a safe space.

We will miss you mum, so much, but rest assured, we will all be smiling with you when we say goodbye.

Funeral Details - Monday 11th November, St Leonard's Church, Hythe, Kent.

It’s a celebration of her life and she loved colour 💓 so please wear colour on the day.

Mum loved flowers so let this be your choice. She would never want people to feel they couldn't express themselves how they wanted to. Equally, donations to Barnardo's or Dementia UK would reflect the early and later years of where mum's passions lay.
