The Llandudno Vikings are back! 9th April The Promenade Llandudno......
This Easter Sunday, members of the Llandudno Vikings will be attempting to roll Creme Eggs from Llandudno Cenotaph to the paddling pool, and back again, using only their noses! The event promises blood, sweat, and no doubt tears. In previous years, members of the Llandudno Vikings have succeeded in rolling a Creme Egg one-way, so in true Llandudno Viking fashion, we've doubled the distance to double the pain!
The Vikings undertaking this challenge will all now start at the War memorial cenotaph on the promenade by the Pier at 10AM when our MC Ian Turner will start the event. Ian Turner has very kindly donated a full day to this event he will be compereing the event, playing music and have a bucket collection for anyone who wants to donate on the day.
All proceeds will go to the DEC Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal through British Red Cross. The tragedy that has befallen this region is immeasurable and the Llandudno Vikings are keen to help in the only way they know how. Mad cap challenges that involve a pinch of pain.
All we ask is that you donate what you can, share this page and come down and support us on the day if you can and together we can make a difference.
