Running In Memory of Natasha Blaker-Harrington

3 Years ago, we lost the most amazing Mum, Wife, Daughter, Sister & Friend in the world, Natasha has a left a hole in this world that can't be filled but her legacy will continue to go on through her daughters, our family, and our memories.

Natasha always committed to helping others by poppy collecting every year for the Royal British legion, participating in the Race for life amongst many things and since we lost Natasha, I have made it my focus to carry on her great work and in her memory challenge myself and raise much needed funds for charities My sister had an association with.

As you can see Natasha was in the ROYAL NAVY of which she was so very proud of, as a family our association to the ROYAL NAVY started from a young age due to our parents being involved in the SEA CADETS (which is where mum and dad met as cadets) 57 years ago.

Natasha always talked about her time in the cadets and the ROYAL NAVY which she felt gave her the best start in life and then the Introduction into the biggest family anyone could ever be a part of (THE ROYAL NAVY)

So, in honour of my sister this year I will be fundraising for two charities THE ROYAL NAVY AND ROYAL MARINES’ CHARITY and WORTHING SEA CADETS. To do this I will be taking on my biggest challenge yet. on the 20th of October I will be completing the Great South Run in Portsmouth and then on the 27th of April I will running the iconic LONDON MARATHON.

I have a big target of £2000 this year due to it being over most of the year and the size of the challenge with the money raised being split equally between the two charities.

So please dig deep, please help me carry on my sister’s legacy and help these two amazing charities carry on the amazing work they do for ex-service personnel and their families and the young people of Worthing.

Thank you all for your continued support and if you can It would lovely to see some of you in the crowds cheering me on.
