In the last 18 months, I have seen two good friends leave this world, Stuart, passed away due to a heart issue and Martin decided he didn't want to be here anymore x
Both of these 2 fantastic people were 48 years old, which has led to my challenge.
On Saturday 9th November 2024 I will be completing a 48 mile run on a 4.8 mile lap, after every lap I will complete 24 press ups and 24 sit ups. I am doing this on my own and looking to raise money and awareness to help others.
