I will be on a mountain bike for 500km through Kenya, in November, raising money for two amazing charities.
- The Paediatric Oncology Ward at Addenbrookes Hospital has become very close to our family's hearts since August last year. They have provided and are providing incredible care for our beautiful, courageous little niece. Her family will be able to decide what any funds raised get spent on to benefit the Oncology ward. I will have my wonderful little niece, her equally wonderful big sister, and amazing mum and dad, whose unfailing courage has astounded me, at the forefront of my mind through this bike ride - and can't wait to do it again with you in 2024 bro!
- Child.org is an amazing, proactive and forward thinking charity, with excellent local partnerships, working hard to improve child health and support mums in Kenya and beyond with practical schemes which have far reaching impacts. Thank you so much to Child.org, who have organised the RideAfrica event, for allowing me to split donations with Addenbrookes Charitable Trust.
I will be fully funding my own trip and all donations go directly to the charities.
