THE CAUSE
In honour of our loved ones, I’m hoping to raise money for my chosen charities which are close to many of our hearts.

THE CHARITIES
* Cancer Research UK is the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. They have discovered new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer that together have saved millions of lives across the world.
* The British Heart Foundation is a cardiovascular research charity which funds medical research related to heart and circulatory diseases. They raise money to research cures and treatments, so we can beat heartbreak forever.

THE CHALLENGE
Nan and Roy were always willing to lend others a helping hand… so now it’s my turn by getting out the sweatband!
I’ll be entering the Alton Towers Half Marathon (13.1 miles) and along with the thrills and chills of the rollercoaster rides, it also contains some of the biggest gardens in Britain (it may be the biggest but nans garden will always be the best)!
This time last year I struggled to run 1km and I’m now about to take on the challenge of 21km… but I’d love your support before the big day!

THE ASK
I’m hoping you’ll help me fundraise for my chosen charities so they can continue creating new cures to tackle these dreadful diseases.
Any donations, no matter how big or small, will support these charities and all the wonderful work they do… But the groundbreaking research is only possible with people like you!
