I am raising money to support friends (past and present) who have touched my life with their kindness, determination and care for others. The money will be split 50/50 between Stroke Association and Prostate Cancer UK.

The Hardmoors 200 is a single stage 200 mile off road event. It starts at Friday 17th May 8.00 in Hull and I have 60 hours to reach Helmsley having followed the Yorkshire Wolds Way and the Cleveland Way. It is an epic challenge over three days and two nights.
