Green Army Rides....to Paris

Green Army Rides....to Paris

Stuart Pomfrett

The Green Army Cycling Club (est. 2019) was formed to dedicate our love and pedal power with a sheen of lycra across many middle aged bodies to Susan Salmon who we lost to breast cancer. Since then through the various events we have rasied £20-30,000+ for this great cause who work tirelessly supporting families and research on how to overcome this horrible disease. We want to extend our fundraising to Prostate Cancer UK who do similarly sterling work for those of a different chromosome!

This year the team is comprised of 13 - 12 riders and a support driver as the whole trip has been self funded and self organised which will take us from Stansted all the way to central Paris and the iconic bike over the head Eiffel Towers shot will be shared. The whole trip will be vlog'd by our Chief Creative Director, Peter Treadway and can be viewed in a few weeks on his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@petertreadway

If you cannot donate, please make sure you CHECK YOUR BOOBS AND BALLS - early detection is key to extending your lifespan and getting the horrible disease out of your body in the quickest manner!
