πŸ‘£11,o23 miles πŸ“… 2/3 years walking the Coastline of the UK πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ while Camping πŸ• I'm taking on this journey in my life now because it's something I feel very passionate about, Mental Health is something I've had for most of my life, Mental Health comes in many different forms and many different things can cause it ie, domestic abuse, rape, death, bullying, trauma, I can go on and on, how does it usually End..... SUICIDE, Homeless, Locked up & so on.

I suffer with PTSD depression & anxiety & have done for many years now, I suppose it all started when I was younger watching my mum get beaten and taking a beating myself, we moved from battered wives homes to other homes with my mum brother & sister, that's when i went off the rails you could say lol πŸ˜‚ I ended up not going to school getting in trouble & so on, ended with a Judge putting me in care(children's home) Which was the worst experience of my life but the judge said its because I was a little delinquent he said, (🫣 & I Was🫣) that was in the 80s.

In the 90s, well what can I say, I got into gangs drugs & lots of trouble with the justice system πŸ˜”πŸ«£then towards the end of the 90s I got married and settled down with my eldest lad & joined the Army, about 15 years later I remarried and I had my 2nd lad my youngest now I also had two stepchildren another boy and I finally had a daughter, my daughter was about 4 years old and the lad was 18 months old, I got my life on back on track πŸ˜€πŸ˜„ so I thought !!

That's when my life really changed just like that, I was shot by a young lad that robbed me at home with my wife and children there, I nearly lost the sight in my eye, and then my lad gets Cancer he's OK now, then my dad passed away with Cancer that hit me very hard and now to round it all off, I've lost my home, my second wife, my kids, my job all because of my Mental Health and not Talking About It was a big factor in my break down, so now I want to raise awareness to help others & 2Support Charities so they can support families & individuals that's need help, just like my family did when i was a child.

That's my story, well some of it lol but i have made it through Thanks to these amazing charities I'm raising money for & Most Of All 2 Rise Awareness Of Mental Health Issues, & get everyone talking and it so πŸ™Please πŸ™ help me help others by donating so we can Keep charities helping people time & time again πŸ˜€ ❀️
