On 3rd September 2022 at midnight I took part in the 2022 edition of the ABZ Runway Run!

I was going to walk it but in the end I decided I'd try to jog it. Why lose close to 30kg or 4.7st over the last 10 months if not to challenge myself at something that I used to love to do. I still run like a pregnant women (with due respect for pregnant women who run) even though I have lost that massive belly I was carrying around, but I enjoyed and didn't feel like a cripple over the following few days! i even beat my previous time of 23:46 and finished it in 22:22!

I obviously forgot to fundraise before the event so here I am asking if you can contribute a few £ for three different charities:
