Finally fulfilling a long term ambition of running in my home marathon. After a gruelling (yet quite fun?) first marathon in Barcelona last year, this will probably be my second and final marathon. So why not raise some money for some worthy causes whilst doing so!

It's taken me a while to be confident that my body is injury free and that I will definitely be running, but now with just less than a month to go I can finally confirm that I will be taking part and would love to get as many donations as possible over the next 3 weeks or so.

I am raising money for two charities which support research into illnesses that have affected friends and family of mine, so I would be very, very thankful for any generous donations.
