I am going to be running the Manchester Marathon in April. I’m doing it to raise money for two charities very close to my heart - Alzheimer’s society and The Christie (Europe’s leading cancer hospice based in Manchester). Unfortunately these two charities are two that many of us are all too familiar with. With many people being affected by Alzheimer’s and Cancer, these two charities have helped my family directly in the last couple of years and thousands of others too.

For those of you who know me know that running is not my sport of choice at all. Having previously being a competitive cyclist, I’m not sure my knees are going to enjoy this

Any donations will be greatly received and go directly to two great causes constantly caring for people day in day out.
