3 Peaks Challenge
On 13th and 14th June I will be completing the National 3 Peaks Challenge raising money for Children's Heart Unit Foundation (CHUF) who support children and families who receive treatment at the Freeman Hospital and the many other hospitals providing care for cardiac patients throughout the North of England.

The total walking distance for the National 3 Peaks is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) which will be completed within 24 hours.

The 3 National mountains are:
- Snowdon, in Wales (1085m)
- Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
- Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m)
