Celebrating 50 years of Hegarty by giving a little something back
2111
As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, we are honouring the values and ‘local firm’ ethos that has defined our identity for half a century, by embarking on a journey of community kindness with 50 initiatives planned over the next 12 months.
The range of activities, from tree planting to bake sales, and even a slightly more strenuous Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge adventure on Saturday 22nd June, aims to help local residents, causes, communities and charities in a variety of ways.
Hegarty will also be upping its usual single annual charity partner from one to four this year, with a charity close to each of our office locations – Sports Connections Foundation in Peterborough, MindSpace in Stamford, Pepper’s A Safe Place in Oakham and Dementia Support in Market Deeping – all benefiting from a fundraising boost in 2024.
We hope you look forward to joining us on our journey this year as we tackle 50 for 50 in 2024 and hope you will support us to raise much needed funds for these 4 amazing local charities.

We are a children's charity based in Peterborough who "use sport to help and inspire children". One way this inspiration can be found is through our "Sporting Wishes" which allow us to give children bravely facing life limiting illnesses experiences they will never forget. Our goal is to inspire, we work to develop positive futures for disadvantaged children.
