As it's been 2 years since my last White Collar Fight challenge, I thought it was about time I did something else to raise money and challenge myself.....
Monday 20th November myself and a team of 9 others will start our 24 hour workout challenge!
This challenge involves continuously moving for a period of 24 hours solid!! This means we finish the challenge at 6am Tuesday 21st. The 24 hours comprises of a mixture of different workouts, please see the picture for the full schedule. This challenge is going to be very tough both physically and emotionally, but in my eyes, 24 hours of pain and emotional torture is nothing compared to what all my families go through daily, after losing their baby. This definitely won't be my worst or sadly, many other peoples worst 24 hours ever.
My gym, Simply Gym Coventry set up this challenge to raise funds for CALM, a charity that does amazing work supporting people who are suffering and feeling suicidal. therefore I felt this was a great opportunity to raise funds for both us at the Lily Mae Foundation and CALM.
Any support will be greatly appreciated and will hopefully keep me going during what is going to be an epic 24 hours.
